Terms of Service

By accessing or using the TamtuBistro platform, products, and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is provided by Tamtu Solutions Inc., a company registered in Utah.

TamtuBistro provides an AI-powered restaurant management platform including order management, payment processing, menu management, AI voice ordering, AI business coaching, AI reputation management, and related services. The Service includes fully managed equipment provided by Tamtu Solutions and cloud-hosted components.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and employee access PINs. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

Subscription fees are billed monthly. Payment processing fees are passed through at cost from our payment partners. There are no hidden fees — all charges are clearly disclosed before you subscribe.

All equipment is provided and managed by Tamtu Solutions Inc. as part of your service. We handle setup, maintenance, monitoring, and replacement of all equipment. You are responsible for providing internet connectivity at your restaurant location.

You retain ownership of all your business data, including orders, customer information, menu data, and transaction records. We process this data on your behalf and will provide data exports upon request.

The TamtuBistro platform, software, AI models, and all related intellectual property are owned exclusively by Tamtu Solutions Inc. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your restaurant operations.

Either party may terminate the Service with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide a full export of your data. Prepaid fees for unused service periods will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tamtu Solutions Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue or data loss.
